Meet the Musicians

The Bel Canto Chamber Players came together over 30 years ago with the goal of creating music as beautiful as the natural splendor of western New England and as wonderful as the people who live here. Since then, we've performed at hundreds of weddings, parties, and other events throughout New England and New York. We are privileged to be the String Quartet in Residence at St. Michael's Cathedral in Springfield, Massachusetts. We pride ourselves on our versatility and have made it our lives' work to bring the joy of beautiful classical and popular music to listeners of all ages and backgrounds.

The Bel Canto Chamber Players is several groups in one! Choose a string quartet, string trio or string duo. In addition to violins, violas, and cellos, add an oboe or flute, or even have just a soloist. Our wedding ensembles work well indoors as well as outdoors. We are happy to provide music for ceremonies of any religion or no religion and we proudly perform at LGBTQ ceremonies and events.
