Wedding Ceremonies
Fifty percent of our wedding ceremonies are for 2 hour time periods. We play 20 minutes of prelude music, and all other music in the ceremony and the recessional. Your exact needs may be different. Call us for your specific needs!
If you want someone to come to your wedding rehearsal
There is a fee of $75.00 per person to come to your wedding rehearsal. Usually this is not needed as the wedding rehearsals are mostly for your choreography.
Payment
We must receive a non-refundable deposit of half the fee to hold your date. The remaining balance is due the week of the performance. We like to avoid embarrassing circumstances at the end of your event, so payment beforehand is very important!
Travel
We are happy to travel to the Berkshires, Eastern New York State, and Eastern Massachusetts to perform at your wedding! For weddings outside of the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts, we charge a small travel fee (to be discussed). The Pioneer Valley includes Northampton, Amherst, Hadley, Springfield, Holyoke, Agawam, Greenfield, Deerfield, Enfield, CT, Easthampton, Westfield, Shutesbury, Haydenville, Williamsburg, South Hadley, Chicopee, Longmeadow, West Springfield, Chicopee, Westhampton, Leverett, Belchertown, Hatfield, Granby, Chesterfield, Conway. The Southern Pioneer Valley includes Northern Connecticut.
Overtime
Depending on time constraints, we are available for overtime at the last minute. It will
be billed at our regular rates.
